The following guide is meant to help users connect to the CTS corporate network with Cisco AnyConnect VPN application in order to access folders & files on the local server.
Requirements:
- Computer must have the application Cisco AnyConnect VPN installed. To check, use the Windows search bar (normally located at the bottom left of the screen) and type in Cisco AnyConnect. If there are no results found, please contact support@ctscement.com so they can remote in and install it for you.
- Computer must be connected to the internet.
Guide:
- Open Cisco AnyConnect and type in cts-corp-zvqzhtpnrc.dynamic-m.com
(Note: Upon first successful connection the server address will change to: "CTS Corporate") - Enter your email address and password and follow the MFA prompts.
- Once you have connected you will see a green check mark on your AnyConnect app.
Notes:
Once the green checkmark is there, click the “X” icon to close the window. This will NOT disconnect you from the VPN.
You can also check to see if you’re connected by clicking on the “^” icon (used to open your system tray) and look to see if the icon (circled in red for demonstration purposes) has the lock symbol. If you do not see the lock icon or don’t see the Cisco AnyConnect icon at all, you have been disconnected from the VPN and will need to connect again to access server files.
